Our policies

Grey Sky Consulting Ltd intends to operate responsibly and to support positive relationships with all individuals and businesses that we meet or deal with in the course of our business. We are grateful to the many businesses, individuals and organisations that have helped and encouraged us, and we hope to be able to spread this support to other businesses through our own operation. Our policies are intended to support this general aim, and we encourage our partners and associates to adopt a positive approach to their own businesses.

GeySky's Consulting Director is responsible for the development and implementation of all our policies. Communication is through this website and through direct briefing with employees and partners as appropriate.

Quality Policy

GreySky aims to become a leading provider of expertise and support related to the micro and small business community. We will use our expertise to work with businesses and other organisations in supporting the success of the micro and small business community. We will achieve this through our key objectives:

All of GreySky’s operation will be undertaken  irrespective of gender, race, ethnic origin, disability, age, nationality, national origin, sexuality, religion or belief, marital status and social class.  We oppose all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination.

The key points of our approach to achieve this are:

Continuous improvement

GreySky is a developing company and we strive to improve all aspects of our business. This may affect our policies over time, but we aim to remain constantly open to opportunities to improve all aspects of our business in terms of our contribution to our customers, relationships with our suppliers, associates and partners, and contribution to the society in which we operate. We encourage comment and feedback that will help us achieve this.
