Quality System
GreySky aims to be flexible in our operation to meet existing and future customer expectations. In order to provide high quality advice and support in a rapidly changing environment, we maintain the following operational approach:
Requirements
We aim to develop and maintain an open relationship with clients to support an active exchange of understanding regarding the objectives behind specific projects. This will help us to exceed client expectations for the success of their projects.
At all stages during the development and delivery of projects we will be explicit about potential decisions and how these will impact on the achievement of objectives. We will do this to develop and maintain the clear understanding of client requirements and the role of the project in delivering their goals.
Documentation produced for clients will be produced within a format that allows a clear relationship between their requirements and our delivery. Documentation and deliverables will be reviewed against stated and our developed understanding of requirements to ensure clarity of delivery.
Expertise
To ensure the principles of the GreySky operation are met through this quality system,
we partner with other experienced professionals to ensure appropriate skills and
detailed understanding are brought to each project. Partners and sub-
Stakeholder engagement
Many of our projects will have a wide stakeholder group, and it is possible that the clients may not fully understand the broader goals and expectations of the stakeholder group. With agreement from the client we will actively seek stakeholder involvement at all stages to assist our clients in successfully delivering the full project goals and objectives of all involved.
Stakeholder objectives and expectations will be integrated within the developing understanding of the project requirements.
Feedback
Feedback is an essential element in our delivery of client requirements, and in our continual development of our own understanding. To actively seek feedback, we will determine key feedback opportunities in advance, and determine specific decisions and learning opportunities that can be supported through feedback. We will develop feedback mechanisms to achieve the specific decision and learning requirements for each occasion.
Feedback will be reviewed against its specific objectives, and as a source of wider understanding.
